Together for a Cause: Rhomberg Sersa Rail Technology Donates to "Aid in Our Own Country".

The holiday season is traditionally a time of giving, and this is also the case at Rhomberg Sersa Rail Technology. For several years now, the project business of the Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group has been regularly donating to charitable organizations. Since last year, employees also have the opportunity to contribute additionally. What's special about this: The amount collected by the employees is matched by the company.

Last year, the donation went to the Make-a-Wish organization, which fulfills the heartfelt wishes of critically ill children. This year, the organization "Aid in Our Own Country" was delighted to receive a total donation of €14,740. Initially, €10,000 was ceremoniously donated in the autumn, and the involvement of the employees added another €4,740.

"Aid in Our Own Country" has been supporting people in Austria since 1965 who are in urgent need of help due to illness, life’s misfortunes, or other unavoidable hardships. The donation is a significant contribution to support this valuable work.

"Many things, such as a roof over one's head, a warm bed, and enough to eat, are unfortunately not always taken for granted, even in a country like Austria. Therefore, it's all the more important to have organizations that provide help where it is most needed. And we are glad to be able to support 'Aid in Our Own Country' in their care. A big 'thank you' to our employees for this wonderful contribution!"
